In late 2006, Michael Spitzer started communicating with THE VALVE AMPLIFIERS of Italy to establish an import and retail source for guitarists in the USA wishing to purchase model 3/100 and 2/50 tube amps manufactured by the company in Bologne Italy.

While these amps have been taking Europe by storm and getting great reviews for a "new and unique" variety of multi-channel tones, American guitar players really had no convenient avenue by which to purchase these products.

VALVE AMP USA founder Michael Spitzer, THE VALVE AMPLIFIERS of Italy President Galeazzo Frudua, and TBE Electronics worked for months on getting certification and other business items in place to allow these finely crafted tube amps to be imported and sold here in the USA.
